These terms and conditions shall apply to all transactions conducted via the Speechy website. Please read them carefully before placing your order and print a copy for future reference. Please note that in these terms and conditions “you”, “your”, “yours” and “yourself” are references to any person ordering goods from the website, and “we”, “our” and “ours” are references to Speechy.
Notification of changes – We may change these terms and conditions from time to time without notice. Any changes will apply to subsequent orders.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Speechy Service, Templates or website. This includes any documentation or contact associated with a Speechy Service (including inspirationnaires) without express written permission by us.
Speechy takes copyright & intellectual property infringements seriously and will peruse through legal means. This means templates should not be shared with others or reproduced in a form for which they are not intended.
Product & Service Description
Template – A PDF designed to help you write your wedding speech; it includes wedding speech structures that you can personalise. After purchasing you will receive an email informing you that you have access to download your chosen template. You will have access to this template for 100 days and you will be able to download it twice. If you want to download the template within 14 days of buying it, you will have to give your consent to waive the 14-day cooling-off period. This is to prevent you from changing your mind after you have downloaded the content.
Review – Speechy experts review your speech and write a report on how it can be improved. This will include tips on areas such as structure and humour but content of the report will depend on the speech you send. The Speechy report will be emailed to you within 48 hours of purchase.
Edit –The Speechy team will expertly edit your speech. Cost and turnaround to be agreed prior to purchase. We will respond to all your feedback, but reserve the right to offer a refund if we cannot meet your requests. We expect both parties to work to a reasonable timeframe (for example, you should respond to requests for feedback and information within two working days). We will contact you by email if delivery is likely to be delayed, giving you the option to cancel your order and be refunded.
Bespoke Speech – The Speechy team will work with you to create a bespoke speech. Start date to be agree in advance of purchase. Turnaround will be a fortnight and depends on prompt feedback from clients (for example, you should respond to requests for feedback and information within two working days). We will respond to all your feedback, but reserve the right to offer a refund if we cannot meet your requests. We will contact you by email if delivery is likely to be delayed beyond these periods, giving you the option to cancel your order and be refunded.
48 hour Bespoke Speech – The Speechy team will work with you to create a bespoke speech. Delivery will be 48 hours after work has been agreed to start. This should be agreed prior to purchase. The delivery policy relies upon you responding with feedback and information within the reasonable timeframes agreed in initial call. We will respond to all your feedback, but reserve the right to offer a refund if we cannot meet your requests. We will contact you by email & telephone if delivery is likely to be delayed beyond these periods, giving you the option to cancel your order and be refunded.

Order procedure -To place an order for any service you should follow the procedures set out on the Shop pages of the website. It is your responsibility to ensure that all details of your order are complete and accurate.
Placing an order – Each order shall be an offer by you to purchase goods subject to these terms and conditions. We will not be bound to supply any goods ordered until we have notified you of our acceptance of an order. We are entitled to reject any order and will notify you of any such rejection.
Payment – Full payment for any goods ordered must be made via the website in advance of delivery. All prices are in UK pounds sterling. The conversion of your currency to UK sterling may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
Availability – In the event of us being unable to supply the service ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and a full refund of the purchase price will be given
Refund Policy Templates – Digital downloads are given their own unique category under the Consumer Contracts Regulations and are therefore not services or goods. If you want to download something within 14 days of buying it, you will have to give your consent to waive the 14-day cooling-off period. This to prevent you from changing your mind after you have downloaded the content.
Refund Policy Review Service, Edit Service and Bespoke Speech – If you want work to begin within 14 days of buying a service, you will have to give your consent to waive the 14-day cooling-off period however full refunds will be given on any services bought if work has not commenced. Thanks to the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order and get a refund – even if you’ve just changed your mind.
Once work has commenced, you will be protected under Part 1 Chapter 4 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Quite simply, it demands that any service should be carried out with 1) Reasonable care and skill, 2) within a reasonable time and 3) at a reasonable price.
In order to apply for your money back guarantee, you must contact us via the website within 30 working days of delivery. We will refund the sums paid as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days of you giving notice to us.
Complaints – In the event of any complaint arising from your use of the website, a product or service please contact email@example.com.
Note – These terms and conditions shall constitute the entire agreement between the parties. No variation of these terms and conditions shall be valid unless it is in writing and signed by the parties.
Please also note that a working day means 9am-5.30pm, Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.
We do not accept any liability to any party for loss, damage or injury incurred by reliance placed on the information contained in this website or through omission or errors, how so ever caused. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.
